Bought this for massaging my TMJ jaw joint that was so painful. After a few uses, the pain went away and the joint discomfort is almost completely gone. I massaged the area thoroughly for 5 mins, then applied a warm towel to the area. I did this twice a day. Lo and behold, I'm almost back to normal after two weeks of just this treatment. No invasive surgery required. I also took Ayurvedic supplements like Mahayogaraj Guggulu & Dabur Dashmularishta. (Also needless to say that I am NOT a doctor so take this as my own personal experience and not a prescription of any kind. Consult your doctor!)

Smells okay and works well but it has a grit to it I don’t love.
