Is it good for newborn kids? Without any additional seats?

The manual for the stroller says not to use it unless baby is at least 3 months old so I haven’t put my daughter in it yet. We use a chicco keyfit car seat and there wasn’t a car seat adapter for the keyfit when we bought the stroller.
