A: Not really much of a recipe, but this stuff is so good on cream cheese on a cracker!  Also good in scrambled eggs.

**Q: Does it contain gluten?**
A: Im not sure. I don't think so. Mine does not have cheese in it, just onion, sesame seeds and poppy seeds

**Q: Is this spicy hot, the kind that burns your entire mouth and the heat lingers?**
A: Umami is not very hot at all. Just a bit of a tingle no lasting effect. Nashville hot chicken does pack some heat but it fades quickly minimal after burn.
