This is the perfect dose for me at 5 mg. At 10 mg or more, I had unwanted side effects, such as day and night sweats, extreme heat sensitivity, and a general sense of ill ease. But at the 5 mg dosage, I have noticed very significant benefits. I am a 68 year old male. Perhaps the most significant benefit, has been the major reduction in the frequency, and intensity of the migraine headaches that I used to be plagued with. The other major benefit, is weight loss, when combined with exercise. Prior to this product, I was struggling to lose weight, even with my daily 3 mile walks. Finally, my energy level is higher, thus making the daily walk more of a joy, and less of a chore.

Works well. Only wish they take out some of the fillers. Can't they just put DHEA and some rice flour in the capsule.
