Nothing but kudos and pros for a cup that is indestructible. Hey, it's made entirely of stainless steel, holds 20 oz of liquid, and keeps hot drinks warm for a very long time. Has a large handle easy to grip with any size hand, and the handle is a closed configuration, so there's no way your hand can slip "off or out" of the handle. Recommend you get or have a large handle brush to clean, as the cup is tall, and since it is steel, I recommend you use a metal brush.

I really like these. They seem well made, hold a good amount, easy to clean, look good and keep things cold or warm for longer than it takes me to consume whatever I put in it. I usually use it without the cover but the cover seems to stay in tight, operate and seal fine. I open the slide valve to relieve the "vacuum seal" to take the cover off easier (it's held on pretty good). If I were pressed for a negative, it would be a nit pick in that the handle doesn't "feel" great. I wouldn't change it though. I hold it around the barrel too comfortably. ((Don't screw up a good design, make it harder to clean, or add bulk or cost to it.))

The mug is the right size and my favorite color, blue. The product is what I expected. I tested it for leakage; it passed, and my coffee stayed hot as long as I wanted it to. I only drink hot beverages from mugs. If I want to keep liquids cold or hot for long periods, I use a thermos. It was a good purchase, I've compared prices. It's worth its value.

It is a vacuum walled cup with a well designed no-spill lid for the car. Handle is big enough to get your fingers in and the powder coat is consistently covered. All stainless but so far still has that new stainless taste like all SS cups have. Though we havn't had a bad crash yet I'm afraid a full cup drop onto a hard corner will probably leave a nasty dent. So far drops on the rug and floor havn't had any effect. So yep it's light weight (330g wo/lid) but properly taken care of is a great coffee cup. Only down side is that the dark flat color shows dishwasher shadows occasionally which is easily wiped off to look new again.

Gorgeous navy blue cup and leak proof. It keeps liquids hot for a long time. It is easy to wash the cup but the cover needs extra care when washing it. It's easy to cover and remove the cover. I bought this for my husband and he loves it.

Something is off with the paint they used. The mug itself is functional and works for my needs. I would order another if they offered a stainless version - no paint. I would have given this mug 4 stars had there been a non-slip base. This was designed to accommodate a non-slip pad. I believe this is a generic version of a well-known brand. The branded version does have the rubber pad on the bottom. Hopefully the branded version has better paint. As expected the paint is flaking off of the handle. Again, how it looks does not bother me. And, I know not to touch my mouth, nose, or eyes until I've washed my hands after using this mug. To be fair, it is stated "hand wash only". The reason for this is due to the extreme heat in a dishwasher. Metal expands and contracts with heat. Even the branded version is hand wash only. This is to help prevent paint chipping as the metal expands and contracts. The reason I deducted 1 star for the paint, is not due to chipping and flaking. It is because the paint is highly suspect. It should not discolor like this. Given the reaction to detergent, it's possible this is lead based paint - banned in the US. How it looks doesn't bother me. Thanks to the paint stopping 1/2in down from the lip I don't need to worry about the paint being lead based. If this is indeed lead based paint, is the BPA free plastic? The large capacity and good heat retention suit my needs. I took the non-slip pad off my old mug and used rubber cement to affix to this mug. I also removed the sliding stopper on this lid. The stopper designed made it impossible to ensure all milk and creamer residue was properly washed off. If you drink black coffee the sliding stopper won't be an issue. For those worried about the paint and plastic, follow the instructions - hand wash only. If any harmful contaminants are present they will bleed put in the dishwasher. Possibly contaminating other items in the dishwasher. To be 100% safe, hand wash this mug separately. Hand washing is a must for those who are pregnant and/or have children. To be clear, I am not confirming the paint and lid do contain toxins. Merely stating it's possible given the paints reaction to detergent.

I love the color and quality of of the mug it’s sturdy and keeps my coffee hot.
