Good cutting board. Nice and large. Thinner than some, but still plenty rigid. And those of you complaining about knife marks in your cutting board and saying you're going back to glass? I'm fully expecting to see your review for how your new chef's knife won't keep an edge next. I worry about our species.

Bought the 14 x 11 abut a year and a half ago. I use it constantly, 3-4 x/week for chopping, slicing and dicing of onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cheese...the kind of food any cook uses for everyday meals, also for fruits like strawberries and oranges, also for meats and fish and also for nuts. In other words, everything. It's awesome. I like that I feel confident when washing it, even with just a soapy washcloth and hot water, that the meat juices are fully gone, something I've always been slightly anxious about with wood boards. And there's no maintenance like with wood. The only thing I I would do differently is go up to the next size which is 4 inches longer and one inch wider, the 18 x 12 inch size.

This is a good cutting board. Really thin though, wasn't expecting it to be as thin as it is. It'll work and a great price.

I've purchased several of these for different reasons. In the kitchen, they are a decent cutting board and hold up well without excessive staining. Hint: These are the HARD WHITE PLASTIC ones, not the softer poly boards that get cut up easily. I find that they're a good deal if you need a piece of plastic sheet to build something out of without having to go to the industrial plastics retailer to buy remnants - everything from device mounting plates to cheap guy rings for antenna masts.

Thinner than usual cutting boards but it’s perfect honestly

These cutting boards are not 1/2 inch thick as advertised, they are just over 1/4 inch. I will keep them because of the price and size. They do not have any grips that stop them from sliding, but I put a damp dish towel under them and they stay in place better. Being so thin, I hope it does not warp-we will see.
