An Essential Tool for Training My St. Bernard!
I recently purchased the Mighty Paw Dog Treat Pouch for training my St. Bernard, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the quality and design. The pouch is incredibly easy to use and conveniently attaches to my waistband, allowing me to keep my hands free while training. The wide opening makes it simple to grab treats quickly, which is essential when you’re working with a pup as big and enthusiastic as my St. Bernard. The adjustable strap and sturdy design mean it stays securely in place without bouncing around, which has made our training sessions much more focused and enjoyable. What I truly love about the Mighty Paw Treat Pouch is its thoughtful design. There’s plenty of room for a variety of treats, and the inner lining is easy to clean—perfect for any accidental spills! Plus, the additional pocket for my phone or keys is a handy touch that makes it even more functional. Training my St. Bernard has been a more positive experience thanks to this pouch. The ability to reward him quickly for good behavior has made a noticeable difference in his responsiveness. He’s learning commands faster, and our bonding time has grown tremendously. Overall, I highly recommend the Mighty Paw Dog Treat Pouch for anyone looking to enhance their training sessions. It’s a fantastic product that not only meets but exceeds my expectations. Thank you, Mighty Paw, for creating such a reliable and effective training tool!

Great choice
I was going back and forth over which pouch to buy and I’m glad I didn’t let any of the negative reviews steer me away from this one. I’m no dog trainer but I wanted to give my sweet GSP puppy a strong connection to the commands I wanted to teach her. I’m a 5’9 average build male and the bag was not too big or small. It’s sturdy enough to carry good amount of food, I usually carry about 1 cup of kibble which there is plenty of room for more if you wanted depending on your treat size. I prefer the belt clip and it’s been solid. Even with about 1-2 cups of kibble, I can put my truck key and fob in the mesh, and still use the zipper pocket as a place to hold my phone. The spot for the poop bags is great also. The magnet is strong and keeps kibble inside the bag great, no spilling or falling out. The magnet does it’s job but the pouch can also remain open when you want it to. There is no annoying reopening each and every time you want a treat. Based on other reviews I was worried about the loud shutting of the magnet; to me it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. It’s as loud as makes sense for the product, nothing alarming or distracting. The only thing I don’t enjoy is when I’m almost out of treats, it does take a little bit to fiddle around to find a treat but it’s no where near to give this pouch anything less than a 5 star rating. My pup and I both really enjoy this bag.

Great buy for horse treats!
I bought this for my horse treats. Love the belt clip for summer and fits perfectly in my winter riding coat pocket. Magnetic closure is very nice for quick access and keeps noses out :). Very well made. Sure it will stand up during chores.

It’s good, but could be better
PROS: -I love the size of this bag and the various compartments. The main pocket is large enough to hold kibble as well as a variety of high and low value treats inside. I like to use the zippered pocket for my dog’s gentle leader and the mesh pocket for my dog’s clicker. -I love the material of this bag. It is a good quality bag. I’ve been using it for 5 months and it still looks brand new. It does not wear or tear easily, and it dries quickly if it gets wet. -I LOVE the fact that this bag has a poop bag holder. Enough said! CONS: -I wish the strap was more adjustable. This bag has a very large strap. It will not fit around your waist if you are smaller/skinnier person. I am a US size 4, and I had to tie 2 large knots in the strap so it would fit around my waist. -The magnetic closure is ANNOYING. To be fair, most dog bags on the market have a magnetic closure. But, when you are leash training your dog, you need to pull treats quickly. The magnetic closure makes it difficult to pull treats out quickly, especially with one hand, because my other hand is holding my dog’s leash. Overall, I think this is one of the best dog bags on the market. Could be better, but I still highly recommend it! 4.5/5 stars.

Good buy
Nice quality, strong magnets to keep pouch closed. Doggy bag dispenser is a nice touch. Pouch holds more than enough training treats for multiple training days.

The best and the worst
You should thread the straps through your belt loops otherwise the straps keep moving. But I loved the thought that I could carry my phone, keys, poop bags and treats all in one.

Excellent bag
Good quality bag. Sturdy, well made, and seals tight

Good quality, unusable size for large and maybe even medium hands. No belt clip.
Well, the quality is great. Stitching is good. Materials seem to be very sturdy. It is light. The top closes with a pinch and cinch top. It's a tad bit small, so my large hand has to hunt and peck for kibble. There are a couple of things that do not work for me. First the way it attaches to existing belts means I had to undo my belt every time I wanted to put the pouch on or off. They send a strap but I found it unsuitable for size and positioning. The biggest problem over all the others is not about convenience. When a roll of bags is in the bag pull pocket, it pushes into the kibble pocket and traps kibble below it, making it unreachable one handed. That comes back to bag opening size.Small thin fingers might work? But I guarantee it will still be annoying having trapped very hard to reach kibble during a training or walking session. I made the mistake of ordering this without checking if it had a belt clip instead of two sewn belt guide straps. There is no way I could have known that the bag pull area would push into the treats area unless i could have gone to a store. So that is where I'm going next. To the pet store I wander.
