I recently purchased the moral dual mic noise cancelling Bluetooth and it has been a game changer! It blocks back ground noises ie; house work, Walmart customer noises, heck I even was vacuuming once and my husband couldn’t even tell I was running the vacuum cleaner! Sound is clear and good quality. It has a choice of different ear cushions for you to choose from to get that perfect fit. It is comfortable and light weight, which means I can wear it for hours and don’t even realize it’s there. What I love the most is the battery life! I charged it fully and I am on day 5 of not having to recharge it. My last Bluetooth I had to recharge every day, sometimes twice a day if I was on the phone a lot. I have zero complaints about this bluetooth. It stays in place, good sound quality and excellent noise cancellation. Highly recommend.

Great headset purchased for taking calls. Very clear both ways and long battery life. A 2nd battery is included and they are extremely COMFORTABLE over the ear. Using the USB-C port is wonderful.

For the most part, this product is a solid competitor! With a few tweaks that are needed. This earpiece has a lot of potential. It is my favorite and the most effective so far in my collection. As far as cell phone earpieces. I work in executive protection. Communication in our line of work is vital. There are times that I am alone and am not wearing an earpiece for radio communication to an HB. Being alone means I am the sole one relied on for communication to the outside world possibly having to dial 911. All with one hand or maybe even none. This creates a particular set of criteria that I need for a communication headset connected to a cell network to be effective at my job. This one is the closest to what I need. But I still have not found one that checks all of the boxes for me. I'm hoping this company will improve certain product features that would, for me at least, and I would assume countless others, have the potential to send this product into the stratosphere. Below is a list of features that I, among all of my colleagues, have been looking for in a product like this. An asterisk designates the product feature that needs improvement: - Single Bluetooth earpiece * - Hands-free emergency calling (or programmable button) - Tactile analog reliable button for call answering and sending - Long battery life (1 work day minimum) - Removable battery - "C" style charging plug - Black color (flat or non-reflective would be better) * - Reliable build quality (2 year life) - Clear connections both transmitting and receiving) * - Push button call record mode - Ability to have 360 awareness (not noise canceling) - Tough build materials * - Durable design - Water (sweat and rain or drop in water) resistant - Interchangeable battery - Hangs on-ear (not earbuds) or interchangeable As you can see this product checks the majority of the boxes. It allows me to do my job at a minimum. But not the maximum. To date, there is no product that I know about that does so. I have connected with Motorola and other companies that specialize in communications and they said there has never been a request for these features. This doesn't mean there is no need. I've been in my line of work for a long time and there has been this type of need for quite some time. If I partnered with the right company I could help them design a product that would blow everything away that is currently on the market. This product has that potential. ISSUE: As you can see the charging arm that leads to the battery broke in half. It began as a small crack. And over time eventually snapped in half. I've had two in a row break in half at the same spot. Maybe it's because of the heat in this state. or my Spock ears. I duh know. Each unit was purchased right around the 6-month mark when they broke. Currently I am on the fence. I am reaching out to companies to see if they are interested in partnering. The market for a product with these features is wide open. It could be marketed within the military/private security industry and beyond into other markets with similar needs. CLOSING: I think, as the product is currently, it has a lot of value. But not if it keeps breaking. With a few tweaks, this thing could be a huge competitor. Especially if they created a "flat black" model. In time as technology grows and becomes more efficient they may be able to offer slimer designs. My industry is not looking for style. Functionality is number one. The biggest pluses with this product are clarity on the receiving and sending end is pretty good. A small increase in volume may help. But not a deal breaker. Since this thing hangs on your ear it gives you the ability to pull the earbud out allowing it to hang so you can listen to the environment around you. This is imperative in my line of work. Also important while driving. Another benefit to the hanging feature is it's more reliable if I get pushed, knocked down, or have to bend down into the prone for medical aid or other. Earbud types of pieces have a stronger possibility of falling out. Also, in an emergency, if you have a gun, cuffs, weapon, or a person in one hand, that leaves only one hand free to operate the earpiece. What if One hand or arm is injured? The worst case scenario is if you have no hands free of course. But things can become very vulnerable very fast. So an earpiece that has the features that I have suggested here certainly can be a force multiplier aiding in saving lives. It's pretty important to me. And now that communication is beginning to switch over mostly to cell platforms, it will become more imperative that this type of thing exists on the market. Emotal is certainly in the running for such a product. For Normal day-to-day use? It's very good, very comfortable, and no connection issues. This product will get 6 stars, not five if those two things are corrected. For now, I have two broken products that I am still placing my faith in.

I’ve been using the emotal Dual-Mic AI Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headset for almost four months now, and I’m honestly impressed. The sound quality is clear on both ends, even when I’m walking outside or in the car. The AI noise-cancelling really does cut out background noise—people on the other end say they can hear me without the usual wind or traffic sounds. Battery life is definitely a strong point. I charge it once and use it for several days without worrying. I haven’t tested the full 30 hours in one go, but I can easily get through multiple long calls and it still has plenty of battery left. The standby time seems accurate too; it doesn’t drain unnecessarily between uses. It’s lightweight and fits comfortably without hurting my ear, even after long stretches. Pairing with my phone was quick and stable, and it hasn’t randomly disconnected like some cheaper headsets I’ve tried. The only small downside is that the buttons are a bit tiny, so it takes a moment to get used to controlling volume or answering calls without looking. But overall, for the price, this is a great headset—reliable, clear, and with excellent battery life. Would definitely recommend if you need a solid Bluetooth headset for daily calls.

This must be my 4th or 5th Bluetooth headset I bought, trying to find one that was small, comfortable, and had good noise cancellation. I use my phone on the go a lot, in the car and in open spaces. I already have a "trucker headset" which has great noise cancellation but it is big, has a boom microphone which is unwieldy, and it is almost impossible to wear with sunglasses or a cap. I also have a pair of headphones which are OK but I wanted a mono headset rather than headphones. This Emotal unit checks all the boxes. It is very comfortable to wear, and it has really good noise cancellation. I tested it driving at highway speeds with my window down, next to an 18-wheeler. It was so noisy that I could barely hear myself or my wife on the phone. Yet she had no trouble at all hearing me clearly. She said there was some background noise but very "hushed" and not bothersome at all, more like a soft whoosh or something. The sound quality of this unit is also pretty good and voices on the other end sound natural, as opposed to some of my other headsets where sound comes across as "digitized" or "electronic sounding". Not so with this Emotal product. Battery life seems good - I have been using the headset for two days continuously at this point with the battery as it came in the package (charge state unknown), and no issues so far. The unit came with a spare battery as well - probably a good idea considering that you need to unplug the electronics module from the battery in order to charge it. So the second battery can be used while the first is charging. Charge is via a standard USB-C port which is great. (I have other headsets that use proprietary connectors and I always have a hard time finding their chargers.) All in all, a great buy and I would definitely recommend this headset.

Very good product with 2 battery pack that can be used for left or right ear. Very long-lasting battery that can last me for at least 3 days throughout. Sound quality very clear and loud. Very friendly seller responded very fast. Will definitely buy again.
