How do you activate the warranty? My unit is defective.

There is an 800 number with the documentation that was in the package. They will ask for proof of purchase through that 3rd party ( can't remember the name- it's mentioned on the amazon site when you purchased) and you will need the serial number on your hand piece.

What are the rotation speeds ?

Two speeds. Love this toothbrush! I bought my first Rotadent toothbrush in 2005. This is my third generation and I love every upgrade. I buy additional brush heads, as I use it every day. The lower speed and different brush heads allow the brush to do its fine detailing. 5*STAR product.
