I make the best jalapeño margarita, and this is my secret ingredient. I also add it to my diet Cherry Coke. When Coca-Cola got rid of their feisty cherry flavor I didn't know what to do. It makes it taste exactly like it! Besides that, it's amazing and drinks. A little bit goes a long way. If you like heat without losing flavor, this is your secret weapon.

Easy to implement into our craft cocktail recipes with a clean spice-no distasteful "other" flavors like vinegar or peppers. We use far less of this than the Habanero shrub we had initially purchased for the same cocktail. It's a great addition to bloody marys too!
