Good value for money, just bought a month ago. Seems to really help so far, take one about 30 to 40 min. Before bed. Makes me dream some, but nice dreams, 👌 I have been going to sleep a lot faster, good. We'll buy again

Carlyle L-Theanine 200mg is an important supplement in my regimen. It's calming without being sedating. In combination with other vitamins and supplements, it works so well that I don't need to take anti-anxiety or sleeping pills!

I suffer from anxiety/ panic attacks. I take blood pressure medicine so I asked my doctor if it was ok to take and he said it was OK. This is the only thing that stops my attacks. You don't need to use it long. Just do your own research before taking it.

I think these work on a similar principle as antianxiety meds like atavan, in that they increase natural chemical in your body (GABA) that help you feel calm and relaxed. I've used them for a week now and don't have any issues getting up in the morning, i don't feel groggy or medicated at all. The effects are easy enough to fight if you take it and then have to stay up longer than expected. I take 1 about 15 minutes before i go to bed and by the time i hit the pillow i'm ready to sleep. I wake up to pee in the night and can get right back to sleep no problem. I would ask your doctor before taking these if you are taking any antianxiety meds or anti-seizure meds (gabapentin for example) as they affect GABA (gamma-Aminobutyric acid) as well.

This is amazing!! If you struggle with anxiety or depression I highly recommend this!! I’ve tried CBD, valerian root, all sorts of remedies, and I find that those just help me cope with symptoms and don’t actually treat or prevent them. This has made a huge difference in my mood and energy levels! If you do some research you’ll find that GABA naturally occurs in our body but sometimes we don’t produce enough of it, causing depression and anxiety. This really helps me out without having to be on prescriptions - those really mess with me and usually do more harm than good. I’m serious, this worked better than Xanax did for me, although everyone is different. I like how I don’t feel drugged or foggy like I did with other antidepressants or Xanax. I like to pair this with vitamin D, vitamin B 12, and magnesium, as these are essential vitamins to support your brains production of happy hormones! Do your research and consult a doctor of course. I love this and will continue to take it. I noticed a difference within the first day of taking it although it may take longer for others. My boyfriend also just began taking it and has also said he feels much better. He’s been on it for two weeks, I’ve been on it since New Years. I have way less bad days and feel way less sad and it’s even helped (Not cured) me with my stuttering problem which has been a huge burden in my life. I’ve found motivation to lose weight and get moving again, while before that felt impossible at best. Love this. I wish more people knew about it and I wish I had started taking it earlier! I just take one pill per day but to jumpstart effects, I started with two pills for the first 2 days and then carried on with one pill a day. I tell anyone I can about this because it’s so much better to be happy than to suffer without relief! Or to spend $100 on high quality CBD that doesn’t solve your problem, just helps you to cope! Love love love this. Arrived quickly (duh it’s Prime!!) and doesn’t have a funky smell. The pills are large but not horse pills and you only need one a day so it isn’t bad at all. I have had allergic reactions when taking these capsules. Since I take other supplements, it took me a while to isolate which one it was. My skin began to itch and tingle all over my body, and I had trouble breathing. I'm going to try another brand to see if it's just this brand. Once the allergic reaction subsides after several minutes, I do believe the GABA helps with my anxiety. There was another supplement in the past that did the same thing, but when I changed brands, there was no longer an allergic reaction.
