It's a check valve. It checks...
This is a basic item. Although advertised as "lead free" - item comes with Prop 65 sticker. When I called, agent said it's "lead free" but that they must put the sticker on... All good - fixed my Hallmark submersible that for some reason has a "weep hole" drilled in its built in check valve...
