Easy to use, easy to clean, and a nice slick all black look. So far been using it for 2 weeks, 18hrs a day and it’s doing a great job with no leakage and a nice easy to refill top. Will update if anything goes wrong but as of now I like it. Time will tell

It works well, but was missing the tray and sponge for essential oils that was supposed to come with it. That feature was the reason I chose this product over other brands. Disappointed..and not looking forward to the time consuming task of trying to get it from the manufacturer.

My floor is 100% humid because the humidifier features allow massive leaks! My first use and I have more hassles to deal with than when I bought it including Cleaning 5 liters of water off the floor. I had better things to do with my time! I tested the unit in the sink and sure enough, the valve was super sticky and remained open allowing water to leak out the sides.

Update: I started at 4 stars but dropped it to 3 stars because it's sooo loud. *sigh* This is not a quiet machine.I've only ever had bottom fill humidifiers so I was seeking a top fill with large capacity this time. This one had 60ish reviews with the main complaint being noise. I decided to give it a try. It is noisy...not going to lie. I have it in my living room and it will likely not make it to the bedroom. The tv drowns it out so it's not a problem if watching tv. I think it would be bothersome for sleep but who knows...someone else may enjoy it and feel its good for white noise? Thus far it is working fine and I've had no issues with leaking or adjusting the level of output. I'm very, very happy with the top fill ease. The entire top comes off so you can pour from a large pitcher to fill it up without having to worry about spilling or missing.

Simple and easy setup. But one cannot sleep with the whirling noise. Returned.

Here’s what I like about this humidifier: it’s sleek; it’s easy to fill (wide open top); and it lasts all day before needing a refill even at top humidity level. The humming sound doesn’t bother me because it’s in the living room but I could see it being noticeable in a bedroom when trying to sleep (it’s not really loud but it’s the type of noise that once you hear it you can’t stop hearing it). Here’s what I don’t like: the humidity level isn’t enough. I know it’s only one thing but this is a big deal for me. My previous humidifier created sweat beads on the windows sometimes and to be dialed back, which is what I expected from this unit; however, the valve that controls the output is just way too small in my opinion. Yes, it can be adjusted and I have it on the highest setting and the air is still very dry. I even began supplementing with a second smaller humidifier and it still doesn’t quite cut it. If the lid was left off then the glow of steam is good but I don’t want particles and pet hair floating in. The humidity level may be fine in a smaller room, but for something that holds this much water I expected more humidity.

This humidifier is very easy to operate and clean. It puts out a good mist, and is attractively unobtrusive in the room. It is a bit loud, making a humming sound that would make me not use it in a bedroom. It’s been fine for the living room, except in the quietest of moments, at which point I become distracted by its noise. I did not want a smart humidifier, I definitely wanted an easily cleaned top fill humidifier, so I’m not unhappy with my purchase.

I am using this machine between two rooms--living room and dining room. It does have a small "hum" to it while running, but really produces quite a bit of mist even on the lowest setting dialed. Have not had it up and running very long, but already like it. One of the best features is that you can set it up and totally fill it from the top. Way less chance of turning the water container up in the correct position when you get it to your destination after filling it and accidentally hitting it on something and cracking the container, making it non-usable. I will search for another one just with this feature if/when I ever need to replace this one.
