Mirafit Olympic Fractional Weight Plate Set

Fantastic little set. Really helps with PBs and incremental increases. Used for deadlifts, squats and bench. The bag is handy to carry around the gym.

These are good weight plates to use in training. They're very sleek and strong. I dropped them several times, and there was no damage at all. They are also light, but provide ample help for adding micro increments for progressive overload. Mirafit is a great manufacturer used by highly paid athletes like strongmen and bodybuilders. Perfect for linear progression and small incremental jumps in manageable weight.

I work out both from my home gym, and also a commercial gym near my work. I use these fractional plates alongside my loadable dumbbells, and they allow me to match the weight of my loadable dumbbells at home, to the dumbbells at the gym. This allows me to be consistent with the weight used regardless of whether I'm working out at home or at the gym. They also look really nice too!
