Good night's sleep
I have been using this product for a while now on the recommendation from a friend. I find it helps my sleeping and is easily absorbed.

It does smell devine, however it did not work for my restless leg syndrome.

Lovely product
Great product... I use on my wrists and on the heels on my feet as dealing with the menopause and helps calm the anxiety to sleep

Relieves cramps
A nice aroma this product does seem to have sufficient magnesium to be beneficial in relieving my foot & ankle cramps. Unfortunately the grainy texture made it difficult to apply without greasy clumps falling on floor. Suggest placing some protection on a carpeted floor before use.
