I was given a pan as a gift from a good friend who thought these Ballarini Pans were the greatest created pan on earth and wanted me to have them too! No seasoning needed and no oil needed.I am so grateful she gifted me because I found the answer to my search and bought more!They have many different sizes to choose from.These are the best nonstick pans I ever bought.As soon as I got my pans I gave away the Green Pans I bought, overpriced ( junk )I still use my stainless but not as often and now I use my Cast Iron in the oven and not on cook top.Ballerini,s have a heat sensor at the handle just above the lip of the pan that turns red when fully heated and ready for use.The pans are stable, Not HEAVY and easy to cook in with or without oil.Super easy clean up.Wipe clean with a damp water filled paper towel when changing to another food and when finished cooking clean in the sink with a soft sponge and liquid soap, dry with a soft absorbent cloth then store. And “Nothing sticks”Ballerini recomends using silicone utensils so you dont scratch the surface of the pan.I think these pans are a great investment especially for a bridal shower, wedding gift and of coarse a friendship gift!And, Lol, my husband says the ease of cooking in them is super including easy clean up!Ballerini made my day!!!And now he cooks for me, LOL!

These are BY FAR the best fry pans we've ever owned and used.PROS: First of all, they are truly non-stick. We've cooked a variety of items and nothing has stuck to the surfaces of these pans thus far. Usually, I can rinse 90% of the residue off before even taking a dishcloth to them. Secondly, they lie flat which means that eggs and similar items don't tend to run to the outside edges as they did on some of our other non-stick wear. Third, they distribute heat very evenly so items cook well regardless of their location on the surface. Finally, the temperature indicator on the handle is a nice touch too.CONS: As others had noted in their reviews, both pans arrived slightly deformed which suggests that the packing from the factory isn't as effective as it needs to be for handling. But applying two-handed pressure with both thumbs, I was gradually able to reshape them into a more acceptably round shape. Also, they tend to hold heat, which is good for cooking, but it also means that you need to allow more cooling time before washing them since the manufacturer warns that immersion while too warm might affect the granite finish. On occassion, this has slightly delayed cleanup, but it has not proven to be a big deal. And the nice little temp indicator gives a visible indication of when they are cool enough to wash.

These are the best nonstick pans! They work really well on glasses stove top and easy to clean and maintain.

Had a frying pan from this maker years ago and loved it. It is very easy to clean and food does not stick. Great heat distribution.

Our second set of these. The only warning to be made is read the directions and don't over heat or use non stick sprays. Love how I can make an omelette that doesn't stick at all using a bit of butter.

I like these pans and this brand in general a lot. One concern I have is that the smaller pan of these two began to turn a little dark on the surface. I don't cook anything hardcore so it surprised me a little. It's not very sticky but I advise to cook with oil at least after you've been using it for awhile. It cleans easily - nothing had ever stuck to it that I couldn't clean off without an effort. I really wish these pans had a lid.

When a product is listed as ‘used’ be cautious that it may just be damaged. Our pans looked like they were hit hard on one side, to where we cannot use lids.We really like Ballarini pans, but won’t order another listed as ‘used.’

Very nice heavy pans, I bought the 10” & 12” set. Love the smooth rivetless interior. Heats very evenly, food cooks well & on a lower temperature than my prior skillets. Easy clean up! My lids fit on them too.
