This just came in today . All I can say is if you're contemplating on getting this or not , GET IT! You won't regret it! It is an investment in your eye health and well being! And it feels AWESOME! I have no regrets whatsoever! Very effective!

I am skeptical about products like this, but everything from receiving it through to the results blew me away! It felt like getting a gift when I saw the packaging and the sturdy box, which I am keeping for other uses. The size is a perfect fit for my close-set eyes and small head. The buttons are adjustable and I was able to turn off the volume so I could focus on the experience. My ophthalmologist recommended I use a hot compress for my defiant watery eye, but I just could not stick to it, so I went on the hunt for a substitute. Finally, after a year of research, I splurged on the Bob & Brad Eye Oasis 2 (Black). It was preset to heat and massage, so I let it do its thing. The heat was perfect out-of-the-box. The massage pressure was perfect. It did not put pressure on my eyeballs, which was a concern, although I could feel the leather touching my eyelids. The strap was comfortable and easily adjusted. The unexpected was that the massaging on the sides of my temples vibrated down to my jaws and was noticeably relieving tension. My TMJ thanks you! Lastly, the automatic stop was perfect as I lost track of time. Thank you for extending your Physical Therapy knowledge to create this product. I am forever grateful. I am purchasing a second one for another residence. It is now a staple in life. Thank you!

I honestly love this product. I wouldn't have bought it normally, but I had FSA funds I needed to spend. I have migraines fairly often and I've used this product 3 or 4 times during my last migraines and it really does bring me relief. I prefer the high pressure and low heat settings personally. My only complaint is that the strap can be somewhat uncomfortable, due to the plastic piece that makes it adjustable. When you're laying down, as I often do with a migraine, it feels like the plastic piece is directly on the back of my head. I think they could improve on the strap a lot to make it more comfortable, but otherwise I am happy with the product and will continue using it.

Now, I have never owned a eye massager before and the only reason I purchased this one was because I had FSA Money to spend or else I would loose it. So since this one was covered under the FSA/HSA plan, let me try it out. It is worth the money spent. The quality is great. This is definitely one of those items that you don't know you need it until you have it and now your day is not complete with out it (sounds addicting, right?) lol. The functionality works wonders for relaxing your eyes and massaging your temples. The pressure is perfect at low for me. It has heat, air compression and music and you can toggle thru what you want and it collapses to easily pack travel with it. With a full charge, the battery last long enough for a full week of usage. It is only runs for 15 mins at a time. I wish it was longer without having to start it over if needed at least 20 mins? The noise level could be a just a little quieter but I guess with all that it is doing is why it is a bit loud (or it might be becuse it is close to your ear so it sound loud), but you could always play music to drown some of the noise out. but you get used to it and then it becomes white noise. It has bluetooth function so you can play your own music as well. P.S. I tried a few more of the other brands of eye massagers (on the FSA plan) and I found that Bob and Brad to be the most relaxing and gentle for me and I like the fact they they also had 30+ yrs of profession in the field of therapy. I end up returning the other 4 brands ( didn't care for the Vibrating features nor did I like the fit - for me. I even had my girls try them to see which would they choose, without my opinion, and they also choose the Bob and Brad brand). So I ordered 2 other colors in the Bob and Brad brand. LOLOL one for traveling, one for home and one to share with my kids! Hand off of mine!! I use it EVERY night in bed and sometimes I take a 30 min nap with it during the day since my main job is on the computer in front of the screen. I works at relaxing my eyes from any strain. I just love it!! I hope if you try it that you will too.

I ordered this to help with my migraines. It’s very fitting and Everytime I use it, I tend to fall asleep lol it’s very relaxing and the heat level is comfortable, you can put it on a low or high setting. It’s light weight but comfortably heavy enough to put in the work. The massage is great all around and I think it’s worth the money. I had trouble with the first one I purchased as it quit working, so I contacted customer support and after a video of me proving it didn’t work, they sent me a new one free of charge and told me to keep the old one so I just tossed it. 10/10 recommend the brand and customer service team!

This is a high quality eye massager. Works exactly as described. Easy to use. Charge the same way you charge your phone. Has deep massage, softer massage. Music when push power/start button, heat, & insertable cooling night mask.

This mask is nice. The strap on the back needs to cup/cradle better to your head, especially considering the weight on the front. The mask is comfortable. The heat gets hot quite fast. The massaging works very well, but very noisy. Something to consider for people with headaches. The sounds are just plain annoying. That being said Bluetooth allows you to play something more soothing. Top takeaways are figure your settings prior to when you feel a headache coming, this way you don't get annoyed with it while you have one. Also try to use when you feel a headache coming on and not halfway into one. This is more of a preventive/easing headache device.

I rarely do a review for a product, but felt compelled to leave one for this eye massager. It is wonderful! You can adjust the heat, pressure, and volume. It blocks out all light. It is so relaxing that I usually fall asleep while using this product making me very glad that it automatically shuts off in 15 minutes. It does help reduce my dry eye symptoms somewhat. I have recommended it to my family and friends.
