I had to download an app, that was also in chinese. A "mirroring app". For a second it seemed like it was working, I was happy, it connected to the device and to the tv, tried watching a movie to test it, but everything went black on the tv as soon as I hit "play". Suddenly the app closed. I tried to open it again, and it closed again. Kept trying. When it opened, it said to connect the device. (It was connected). So I can't do anything because it says the device now is not connected. The app doesn't work now.After 10 minutes, the hdmi connection AND the usb connection were extremely hot, including my phone. This was a waste of money and took a very long time to arrive.
