"Dream Team" is a fantastic multiplayer board game developed and published by The Game Factory. It is a wonderful strategy-building game for all ages. However, as a team owner, every player has limited resources, mimicking the real-life constraints being put on the team owners. Components include Player Cards, 4 Playing Boards, Money and 16 Power Tokens. The game money is beautifully made and has a smoothness that makes it easy to handle. The game is easily handled because of the foldable playing boards. The player cards need some improvements in lamination but the entire game is well put together and assures guaranteed enjoyment. The Game: The game has been prepared with care for the age limitations. Though the theme is Cricket, it is enjoyable for everyone. Makers have ensured that the game is understood by the age group it is intended for. We tested the game by inviting children to try it. They were encouraged to play without adult input and could play it to the end, with no mistakes. The Game booklet was very well-organized and framed in easy to understand rules. It enabled the children to teach the game to more players. Final Words: One does not need to know about cricket to play Dream Team. As a team owner, you buy players through rigourous auction and by playing mind-games against your opponents. The bidding system is a typical Vickery Auction, where the highest bidder pay up the quoted price to buy the player. However, to make it more intricate, you can use other bidding systems as well. All you need to do is place bids for your favourite player, outbid your opponents and grab bonus points, to build a balanced strong team with highest cumulative points. To add flavour, game also fancies Power Blasters that you can use at the right time to out play your opponents. It is amazing how quickly this game enchants you into a fantasy world of Cricket where you are the Selector, the Manager and the Creator of your own team.
