I have had several laptops over the years but this one is the best . It is very fast , Does everything I want it to do . Looks great !

I love this laptop, works perfect very fast when processing my work. The only issue it does not come with an ethernet port which I can still do without.

I purchased two of these laptops for my offspring's online classes since we home school and the devices seemed to work well but right at the year mark both devices start having issues detecting the hard drive. One of the devices completely fired the hard drive and M.2 slot it was connected to. This is my first time dealing with a defective device that still has an Asurion warranty but it has sucked so far. So, if you never been through the process Asurion doesn't appear to do much for you at all; they put you in contact with the seller of your device and they can take as long as they wanted mitigating the issue. I sent the laptop, with my own money, back to seller so they can access the device and they ended up sending back to HP because it was that broken. I was originally told it would take two to four weeks to mitigate and that was on Jun 10, 2024 and they still have my device. I call Amazon in an attempt to get more assistance cause to me this is unacceptable only to be told they can do anything for me. You try to call Asurion and they only have options to sell you other crap to where you can't ever get to a live person. I am never getting PC type devices with Amazon again.

This unit's base model retails at Costco for $849, so for the labor and material put into the upgraded components, it seems like a reasonable price at $1349. Laptop seems to function fine - still in the process of updating Windows 11, setting up OneDrive backups, etc. NOT impressed with the screen, I must say. I did expect better contrast and color depth (this unit uses only a 6 bit color depth, which can cause colors to look washed out, especially when combined with an LCD with a limited viewing angle like this has.All in all, only time will tell how well it performs and how long it lasts. So far so good. Nice looking laptop, though. Oh, and I never got the 32GB USB drive that the seller said they were sending with the laptop purchase. I believe I'm not the only person to make this comment, so I would say to the seller that if you don't intend to send these, you should remove that from the description - doesn't look good.

Still setting up, but so far i love it. It's fast, has plenty of room and my initial setup was a breeze. Highly recommend.
