FootJoy Men's FJ Flex XP Golf Shoe

Purchased them in gray and I liked them so much I bought the royal blue pair. Extremely comfortable, lightweight, and stylish. No “break in” needed. Played a few rounds in dry weather so I can’t speak of the traction on a wet golf course, however, I’m sure they will be more than adequate. Watch for lower pricing depending on what Amazon vendor is selling them. Budget Golf was selling for around $80.00 and Rock Bottom Golf had them for around $47.00. So, do your due diligence and scroll through several vendors to get the best price.

My feet were hurting after every round, so I purchased these golf shoes and they are great! I’ve had Footjoys in the past, but for some reason decided to go with a different brand the last time I bought shoes. Never again! I’m sticking with the Footjoys. I don’t even notice them on my feet when playing and no achy feet after a round. They are breathable, but have waterproofing high enough on the shoe so you can wear them even when it’s a little damp outside. I would absolutely recommend these shoes.

I bought these for my dad who is an avid golfer and he likes certain kind of shoes and he has a pair of these in a different color so I ended up getting him the blue ones which he absolutely loves and the color is so nice. Highly recommend.

Full disclosure - I am a life long fan of Footjoy golf shoes! I will add that I am also a lifelong walker to play the game. Referring to this particular model I have worn them about 6 times and they are comfortable right out of the box. No breaking in needed. The spikeless sole holds very well both in the swing and traversing the golf course. I first thought that the wide heel looked a bit over done but these are all day on your feet comfortable AND they are water proof!! I also own the Flex model, which is not waterproof, and I wear them as a daily wear shoe and for late day golf when the course is dry. You absolute cannot go wrong with this shoe!

I bought these shoes for golf and found them to be really comfortable.As a result, I decided to take them to Disney world with the family and after walking 24+ miles in 4 days, my feet, calf’s and legs were not sore in the least bit.A great all around shoe even outside of its designed purpose for golf. I then went and picked up another pair. Solid construction and comfort.

These are the first pair of FootJoys I've purchased, but they won't be the last. I was worried about how waterproof they were and about slipping. Neither are a concern any longer. I've worn multiple times in heavy dew and my feet stayed dry. I have a swing speed of 110 + and have only slipped one time through 5 rounds (wet, side hill, overswinging in a scramble) I would have needed nails to not slip. Great shoe!

Received these shoes on July 2nd, 2021. Had researched which golf shoes to purchase for some time and ultimately decided on these shoes despite several reviews mentioning an annoying “clicking” sound and others mentioning the shoes showing up in obviously used condition.I’m happy to report that none of these have been true for my experience with these shoes. There is no clicking noise and they were pristine on arrival. FJ has done a fantastic job in designing an ideal golf shoe without sacrificing style. These shoes look great, are extremely comfortable, water resistant, and have a great grip on the sole. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase.
