They seem to be of good quality. They were a little thicker than I thought they would be. Time will tell how durable they are.

Conical spring yes, Belleville washer no.
Not thick enough to meet spec for a true Belleville washer, but seems to be good stainless material and adequate for my use (exhaust header & pipes). Does deflect & lose some (about 1/2) cupping after first use.
