very nice set of abrasive pads, very affordable, very effective, easy to cut and great value for money. really can't go wrong with buying this set, very handy to have on hand for finely sanding some surfaces.

Easy to use abrasive pads which are great for rubbing down wood. I used dry then with white spirit to degrease the wooden worktop in my kitchen prior trip re-oiling.

I wanted to convert a new lamp from shiny chrome to a satin finish. Most recommendations on line were to use 3M Scotch Brite but they are expensive. Took a gamble with these, used the grey pad and it was fantastic. Really easily achieved a satin finish and the texture on the metal surface is very fine. Much better than my prior sandpaper experiments which I abandoned. Very easy to decide how matt or shiny a satin effect you want. It doesn’t take much rubbing to see a difference and then rub some more if you want a more matt effect. Also recommend to wear gloves - these pads are so effective, my hands got covered in chrome dust.

Purchased to refinish my stainless steel watch straps. Have previously purchased a product specifically for this purpose from a watch supplies company, but quite expensive for amount of product supplied. This seems as good, if not better quality than my previous purchase. Good range of different grades. Helpfully the grade is written on each pad as well as being colour coded. Seems to work just as well and so very good value for money. Despatched very promptly and packaged well in a cardboard carton, included with another item in thick paper envelope. Ich habe die Vlies-Pads auf Kunststoff und Holz getestet und war mit den Ergebnissen sehr zufrieden. Sie sind flexibel, aber dennoch stabil genug, um eine gleichmäßige Schleifwirkung zu erzielen. Auch nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch behalten sie ihre Schleifleistung und nutzen sich nicht sofort ab. Ergebnis & Vielseitigkeit Ob zum Anrauen von Oberflächen oder zum feinen Polieren – die Schleifvlies-Pads liefern gute Ergebnisse. Auf Kunststoff und Holz haben sie eine gleichmäßige, saubere Oberfläche hinterlassen, und auch auf Metall entfernen sie Grate und Oxidationen mühelos. Fazit Ein hochwertiges Set mit vielseitigen Körnungen und einer langen Lebensdauer. Besonders praktisch sind die unterschiedlichen Farben der Körnungen, die das Arbeiten noch einfacher machen. When you just need to polish the coating

Ces éponges ont bien fait le travail pour retirer la peinture sur carrelage et parquet. La texture abrasive est suffisamment puissante pour décaper sans trop de difficulté, tout en étant maniable grâce à leur format. Elles s’adaptent bien à différents matériaux, comme le bois, le métal ou même l’acier inox. Seul bémol, elles s’usent assez vite si vous avez de grandes surfaces à traiter ou des couches de peinture épaisses. Prévoir plusieurs pour les gros projets.

I used this to polish my stainless AMG exhaust tips and it worked great. The coarse pads were able to get 90% of the built up grime off and then with the help of polish I was able to get them back all shiny. I only used a small amount of the pads, these will last a long time....(which is a good thing!)
