As part of a kitchen remodel we knew we wanted built in refrigerators. With 4 hungry teens to feed we can never have enough fridge space. I had seen these at a local appliance shop and they seemed well built and nicely laid out. We had owned a Frigidaire refrigerator in the past and was happy with the performance so I figured I would give it a shot. Amazon had a great price, over a thousand dollars less that what I had seen locally. The product arrived in fantastic condition. Each unit was shrink wrapped and packaged for protection for shipping. We held them in our garage for a few weeks until ready for install. We contracted out the installation, but they got it done in a couple of hours and look and work great. I was a little nervous about such a big purchase online, but glad I did.

Have had problems with them since install. The company is hard to get ahold of for customer service as well.

Love this fridge was super nervous purchasing it on Amazon. My husband installed took a lot of time. No real directions hense the 4. Then we had a leak. We got someone through Amazon to come pretty quickly and he fixed it. There are twin pads and the waiting was simply but without instructions was done wrong. Ice maker awesome and has 2 buckets which is such a great feature.

This is a beautiful fridge, which is why it gets 2 stars in stead of one. First, it was damaged in the shipping, which is only their fault in who they choose to deliver it. There was damage near the water input and it took quite some time dealing with them to be able to hook up the water. Second, the top bolts where the door swings had problems. The mounting bracket it bolted into the main body of the unit. To attach the surrounding framework kit, the mounting bracket needs to come off. However, one of the bolts was stripped inside the main unit and was locked into place. I would just spin and would NOT count out. Finally, the interior of each, Fridge and Freezer has drawers. The drawers sit on a well designed slides. The drawer for the freezer does not attach properly. It is about 5mm short. Each slide has a slit where the drawer is supposed to set, but it wont reach both slides, the drawer is too narrow. I contacted the company asking for them to send me a new drawer that fits, and they ghosted me. For $6k, I expect a HIGH QUALITY item, but this looks like drunkards put it together.

Received the fridge/freezer combo with a dent in the front of the fridge door, missing shelves, trim kit that doesn't fit. Received on Friday paid professional installers only to find multiple issues. Very disappointing after waiting for weeks for delivery, only to find out it sat in a warehouse less than 10 miles from my house forever! Very frustrating experience.

We purchase this fridge, January 2020 it’s been a really good fridge. We haven’t had any issue with it. We love it.
