Is this shampoo and conditioner color safe?

It has not damaged my hair color. I even changed the color of my hair. It kept it shining and clean without stripping the color.

Is this the smoothing shampoo and conditioner set like it is in the picture from kracie ichikami? Or is the oil control a different type?

Yes it's the same as the picture. They have kept the same 3 types but change up the wording with each repackaging a little but it's the same as it has always been in the black and white packaging.

Is this good for frizzy and Thick hair (Straight)

yes but i would say the pink set is even better for frizzy hair, unless it doesn't need much hydration and moisture. this set still gives a lot but it won't make your scalp greasy if you don;t have a dry scalp.
