Players JB6 Natural Maple and Rosewood Four-Prong Sneaky Pete Jump Break with PureX Shaft Cue

Easy to jump with. Breaks great. It comes with the right tip on it. Looks like a house stick, so watch where you put it. I've had to chase it down before ( in a bar). That's why I leave the bar code sticker on the bottom. It's easy to spot.

I haven't tested if this actually is low deflection. The cue is nice and simple. But the thing that is very frustrating is the tip is unusable. Right now I'm at about a rate of 40% miscue. So if purchasing this, realize you will have to change the tip and factor in that with the cost, and decide if it is still worth it. To further stress the tip issue, BCA has banned this type of tip because it has shown to damage cue balls. Aside from that issue, the tip also gives a very inconsistent hit.

The players jump/break cue performed great right out of the box ,I have played about 20 games with it thus far and it has done everything I have asked of it.

Description is wrong, no purex shaft or kamui black tip here, someone sleeping at the wheel when they copied and pasted the description. But knew that could be incorrect from other reviews. It's ok but mine came with a slight dent since it was poorly packaged. I

the tip is so hard that it feels funny to use. i'd rather use a house cue for breaking. ball won't jump with this no matter how I tried.

The shaft has a wood mark close to the tip, besides that a great cue

The shaft was not a players X shaft. No decal on shaft and I when I took to have tip changed it was just a regular players shaft...
