This really worked for my knee and given it 4 star because it also helped with my elbow as well for my mother’s arm.

Very happy with it. I have a torn meniscus and patellar tendinitis. This patches are wonderful. Relieve pain and deduce swelling. It does have somewhat strong burning sensation for first couple of hours so i don't apply it right at the bed time.

Excellent patch. Reduced pain immediately. Works well for relief and comfort. Only disadvantage is peeling it off from your skin.

I might give these 4 stars except for my "BUT". Giving them a try right now. I can feel a bit of warmth and some of today's knee pain has decreased. They stay in place under pants (no rolling off, clinging to fabric). BUT---the smell is a bit hard to take. Fine if you're staying in by yourself or with someone with a head cold but the patches smell like potting or garden soil and after several hours it has not lessened in the least. There is no way I could wear these and be around other people without getting weird looks!

This product seems to be a little stronger than the others I've tried. The pads also have a preferirated in the middle of the back that is so easy to open.

I tried this product on my knees. It did help with the pain with its heating action but it left bruises on my knees from removing the patch. So I replaced one type of pain with another type of pain.

With my job I’m on my feet 7 to 10 hours a shift depending if I work 8’s or 12’s. These patches stay where you put them, relieve the pain, and are Not bulky so you don’t see them. I’ve put them on my knees and hip joint and I’m able to do my job little to no limping, pain or tears from the pain. I would and have recommended them.
