First time great, second time not so
I purchased a single pack a few months back from a local butcher and fell in love with this crust. It was perfect, easy to make, rose nicely, so no need to order delivery again. So I ordered a three pack off Amazon. I am making the first of the three packages tonight. It has not risen one bit, nothing like the first batch. I tend to think the yeast is no longer viable. Picture is after 2 hours rising in the oven with a warm water bath on the below shelf. I will be contacting the company.

Good stuff!
I was gifted three bags and used them up pretty quickly. I ordered more immediately. This dough mix gave me the texture and thickness I was looking for to make authentic Detroit style pizza. Coupled with real Wisconsin brick cheese and Buscemi's pizza sauce. Amazing!

Great when it works but you can get some that does not rise.
I got this as a gift and it worked great. So i bought 3 more and that batch did not rise. It was really disappointing. when it does work it is great but it can be REALLY disappointing when it fails on you and you're wanting pizza.

Dough will not proof/rise.
Bought 3 packages of this dough mix. Been making deep dish/Detroit Style for the past year or so. Have tried various premixes such as this one from Urban Slicer and others. This one is awful. Does not rise. Followed directions as written for 3 batches... all duds. Don't waste your money. The DeLallo Brand premix never fails...

Shoe Leather
The first couple of times I bought this dough mix it worked fine, but this last time it was a complete waste of money. The dough would not rise. If you are looking for a cheap way to make shoe leather, then this is your product. Otherwise, I’d steer clear.

Great tasting and easy!

Dead yeast
Would not rise, the second batch I added some instant yeast and it came out perfect. Waste of money. I can mix these ingredients myself. The only thing special is semolina.

Barely rose
Quite disappointing, ruined the whole pizza/pan purchase. Maybe it was just a bad bag or bad yeast.
