Due to the positive reviews I read about this product, I decided to give it a try. My choice was lemon, as it sounded appealing. The order arrived quickly, and I was eager to try it out. A little sweet, not overpowering, and I acquired the taste. It took me three sachets at different times to discover that I really enjoyed them. When I was dehydrated, they really helped. I like how easy they are to use, and how quickly they dissolve. The majority of the time, though, I try to sip this, but there are times when I can't and I just drink it all. It did make a difference in how I felt the next morning after drinking it before I went to bed one time, as recommended I wouldn't recommend this if you prefer a sweet electrolyte drink. Those who are looking for something slightly sweet, but with a bit of flavour, should try this. One downside of this product is its price, it's not the cheapest. Perhaps it can be made less expensive?

These sachets are good. They dissolve fully about 99% of the time, and the ones that didn't quite dissolve fully were left with the tiniest bit of sediment at the bottom which wasn't an issue at all. They help with energy levels and hydration and having a sachets in my backpack at all times made them really easy to use.

The taste is OK and does not need stirring. However, not for me... It has fizz which I did not want and I didn't feel as hydrated as I did with other brand.

I don’t know if it’s placebo effect or what but these actually worked. All holiday I was partying hard and used these religiously in the morning and I felt great !!!!
