The quality doesn't feel superb, but I've had it for maybe 6 months and the bag has held up very nicely, and the functionality is great! I love that you can put the gel packs in the sides of the lunchbox and not have them actually touch the food. And the gel packs are unlike any other that I've ever used. I have to be at school sometimes 14+ hours a day, and the gel packs are STILL cold at the end of the day. I can put yogurt in my lunch box at 7 am in the morning, and I can eat it at 4 pm, and it's like I just took it out of the fridge.The only issue that I have had is that one of my gel packs burst the first time I used it, and then another one of mine burst a couple days ago. But their customer support is outstanding! I emailed them yesterday and told them that they had burst and they replied the same day and had complimentary replacement gel packs shipped out this morning.
