I am just about to place my fourth order. I am 58 and either run or visit the gym every day. This is the second bottle I’ve brought. I have noticed a lot of difference in my belly I don’t get no where near as bloated, slight change in my chest but it does state it takes 3 months to see proper results so as of now I’m happy with how it’s coming along.
