Why does the back of the pallet have an asterisks that shows 3,4,6, and 8 are not for use around the eyes?

Wet n wild is a vegan line. Because of this, some colors cannot be called eyeshadow but are called pressed pigments instead as they have not been approved for use in the immediate eye area. This is super common these days- with higher end vegan brands as well as drugstore. The reason that these pigments have not been approved for the eye area has to do with their ability to stain the skin and not so much as they are a danger. Wet n wild is my favorite drugstore brand and KVD Vegan Beauty is one of my favorite sephora brands for sure. Both have pressed pigments and they have never stained my eyes nor have they irritated me in any way. Obviously can’t speak for what others are sensitive to, but since I am sensitive to many, many eye products, I feel I can say that they are worth to try for anyone at this price.

Is the 10-pan eyeshadow palette, brown nude awakening, phthalate-free, sulfate-free, & paraben-free? sometimes they are not obvious in the ingredients

#7 says not to use around eyes. That is the color I purchased this palette for. Why would this be in an eyeshadow palette if it can’t be used on eyes?

In the USA, some pigments used in powder products are listed as “not safe for eyes” because the fda doesn’t wants to spend the money for testing to approve. Whereas in Europe, where laws for food and cosmetics products are way stricter anyway, they are all approved already. Including neon products that use synthetic dyes. Another reason they’re still not approved here is because some pigments can cause skin staining, but that’s usually only for bright colors. I can promise though as a person with sensitive eyes who owns and uses this palette as well as many other “not safe for eye” powder products, it is safe and has never caused any issues.

Favorite

This is becoming my favorite eyeshadow pallete. Very pigmented and easy to apply. One thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't leave a clean line, it is powdery so the line is smudgy, but it is worth the purchase still.

Gleich vorweg: Ich benutze nur sehr selten Lidschatten (und auch sonst wenig Makeup) und bin kein Experte auf dem Gebiet. Ich habe daher eine Lidschattenpalette gesucht, die für nicht zu aufdringliches Makeup, aber dennoch auch für besondere Anlässe geeignet ist. Da ich also eh nicht mit vielen Farben um die Augen experimentiere, habe ich hiermit mein "all-in-one" gefunden. Meine nicht-fachmännische Einschätzung zur Palette ist: schöne natürliche Farben, gute Pigmentierung, ausreichender Halt. Mir gefällt auch, dass hier sowohl matte als auch schimmernde Farben enthalten sind. Ich bin zufrieden!

Ich suchte schon so lange nach einer Palette die sich gut verblenden lässt, lange hält aber auch für den Alltag verwendbar Endlich habe ich eine gefunden! Ich war so überrascht wie pigmentiert und schön die Farben sind! Alle lassen sich gut mit einem Pinsel oder mit den Fingern auftragen. Es gibt Farben die ein bisschen neutraler wirken und welche die für dunklere oder buntere Looks gut passen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
