Are the keys actually "semi-weighted" or "like semi-weighted" synth keys?** A: Not weighted, but as a lifelong pianist these keys are much better than the cheap non-weighted keyboards, I'd say semi-weighted for sure. Perhaps the other answer on here wasn't as experienced with technique to know the difference between this and the ones that are completely non-weighted.
