## Description

Working voltage: 1.8V-4.5V Suitable for ternary lithium(Li-ion), lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4), lithium titanate(LTO). The whole battery participates in the active equalization of energy transfer at the same time. 0.1V differential voltage 1A equalizing current. The differential voltage is bigger that equalizing current is bigger. The maximum allowable working current is 5.5A. Working principle: Flycap-capacitor transfer charge transporter, Balancer board is connected to the battery to start the balance work, using the original brand new ultra-low internal resistance MOS, 2OZ copper thickness PCB. Balance current 0-5.5A, the more balanced the battery current is Small, reserved for manual sleep switch, sleep current mode is less than 0.1mA, the balance voltage accuracy is within 5mv! The quiescent current is about 17mA, and the battery capacity is recommended to be used between 30-200AH/Per Balancer. With under-voltage sleep protection, only detecting the B1 battery voltage, the equalizer will automatically stop entering the sleep state when the B1 voltage NCM/LFP<2.7V or LTO<1.8V, and the standby power consumption is less than 0.1mA. Board size: 125x102.5x16mm/ 4.92x4.03x0.63inch Balance cable length: 400mm/ 15.7inch One LED indicator: It will always be on during normal operation, but it will not turn on when there is a problem or malfunction. Review: Good cell balancer for tool battery. - Balanced my M18 12Ah overnight from 150mV to within 5mV. Very happy as the design brings the cells into equilibrium in lieu of designs that bring everything to the lowest cell voltage. At start I measured just over 20mA of current. Was surprised to find the next morning everything was balanced. It has a run light that was still on in the morning. Idk if it was still balancing but good enough. This was a battery I replaced 2 bad cells in. Nice for money. No frills, need a meter to confirm results.

They do a better (more accurate, and faster) job of balancing than my balancing chargers, and can be used for pre-charge, during charge and post charge balancing. I never liked using BMSes on my battery packs, preferring just to monitor conditions closely to get away with using simpler systems, fewer components to break down and the ability to over-power for short periods. I sure wish these had been available 20 years ago when I was actively building a lot of E-bikes and other battery operated systems. They would have made life much easier. Now, if the company would make similar modules that would balance 6 Volt Lead Acid battery arrays, I could vastly improve my solar power system for a reasonable cost. :-)

- NOTE: Before connect the balance cable to the balance board, be sure to check whether the connections of each section of the battery pack are correct, and do a good job of insulating the bottom of the board and the battery string connection terminals. Otherwise, it will short-circuit and burn the board. Tips: This balancer board is backward compatible by default. eg. If it is used for 16S, the last line B17+ is empty; use for 15s, B17+ and B16+ vacant no wiring.

Balanced my M18 12Ah overnight from 150mV to within 5mV. Very happy as the design brings the cells into equilibrium in lieu of designs that bring everything to the lowest cell voltage. At start I measured just over 20mA of current. Was surprised to find the next morning everything was balanced. It has a run light that was still on in the morning. Idk if it was still balancing but good enough. This was a battery I replaced 2 bad cells in. Nice for money. No frills, need a meter to confirm results.

These things are amazing. They do a better (more accurate, and faster) job of balancing than my balancing chargers, and can be used for pre-charge, during charge and post charge balancing. I never liked using BMSes on my battery packs, preferring just to monitor conditions closely to get away with using simpler systems, fewer components to break down and the ability to over-power for short periods. I sure wish these had been available 20 years ago when I was actively building a lot of E-bikes and other battery operated systems. They would have made life much easier. Now, if the company would make similar modules that would balance 6 Volt Lead Acid battery arrays, I could vastly improve my solar power system for a reasonable cost. :-)

I have a 660 amp power lithium, iron phosphate, battery consisting of a 4S prismatic cells My cell number four was lagging when The charging knee hit 3.450 Cells 1-2-3 would raise and cell 4 would stay at 3.450 Creating a horrible imbalance, Delta. Once I installed this active balancer, everything worked perfectly. I installed a switch on the battery to turn it on and off when needed and I haven’t needed to once I used it the first time. Highly recommended easy install.
