You need to find one that has RGBW. There are some that have a different order of the letters than your strip may have and they will still work, but you have to be sure to connect the wires correctly. **Q: is this flicker free ?** A: Yes,dear,it is flicker free. **Q: Does it come with a power supply?** A: No,power supply not included.
