Highpoint Collection Italian Fireclay Double Bowl Farmhouse Sink

I have submitted photos to you, and yet still haven’t heard from you on this issue. We ordered the sink and it was beautiful. We didn’t pull the sink out of the box due to renovations going on. Just opened the top of the box to peek at it. Cabinet guy came to set the sink and noticed the crack in it. It was a couple of days out of your 30 day return when it was getting set in place. I have submitted photos to you, and would very much like a reply on this matter. I’ve ordered another sink since the first time , but would like to see if you could refund our money or something to make this right.

This sink worked out very well for us so I do not want to say it's miss leading. But the front part of the sink is wavy. Luckily the back part of the sink was straight so the quartz would cut and look nice along that edge. But the front is noticeable. Still, for the price we love it and can live with it. It is fired in Italy and not China. So there is that.

Installed perfectly in place. Adds beauty to the kitchen. Very sturdy. Excellent buy.

This is a beautiful sink. Just be prepared for a broken heart when it stains and gets scuffed no matter how careful you are. 😢
