Yes! Our latest model, Nov 2022 and on, is larger, 11.8 inches long, so should fit most feet. It should fit up to a size 11 men. Hope this helps!

Do they heat the bottoms of feet, or just the top

Yes mine do heat up on the bottom of my feet.

What are the instructions for heating?

Not sure if this will answer your question or not but I got them for my wife and she usually puts them in the microwave for 30 seconds .Move or less depends on what is comfortable for you,just do not over heat them.

This is a lifesaver! If you have cold feet and toes, highly recommended. You cannot walk on it though, but it’s perfect when working from home or chilling in front of tv. I ordered 2 for myself and my husband. I am a size 38 and he is 42. Although it comes in single size, they fit for both of us. His widened after some time which was better for him. Mine stayed the same.

Pour ceux et celles qui hésitaient se sont LES PANTOUFLES PARFAITES!!! Je recherchaient des pantoufles ayant de la chaleur PARTOUT!! Pantoufles sacs magiques avec différents compartiments qui réchauffe très bien les pieds. Se ne sont pas vraiment des pantoufles pour marcher avec c'est un peu Bizard mais pour réchauffer vos pieds froids elles sont excellentes, personnellement je chauffe plus longtemps que se qui est inscrit sinon pas assez chaud
