Seems to help focus a little better.
They have a pretty good taste. I take mine around noon. It seems to help my thought process. So far I like them. Some people take them at nite to help sleep.

Works Surprisingly Well as a Sleep Aid
Upon reading other reviews, I find that my experience with this product is very different. I found no effects of what some of the manufacturer has claimed; such as testosterone support, mental clarity, or energy boost. I elected to take this product, because “according to research Ashwagandha is best known for its anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and stress-relieving effects. It also seems to reduce cortisol levels. In addition, a growing body of evidence supports the efficacy of ashwagandha for improving total sleep time and sleep quality in people with and without insomnia.” Due to having trouble sleeping, I decided to give this a try. I took two (2) gummies in the late evenings and I can say that it did definitely help me fall asleep. It also gave me the most bizarre dreams; could just be due to poor sleeping habits prior to taking this product. The flavor is fine; it’s strawberry-ish. Certainly not like a fruit snack, but it isn’t intended to be. Overall, I think this worked well as a way to mellow out before bed and assists in helping me fall asleep. There have been no other discernible benefits. For the cost and the sleep aid, I think this is a decent product.

I think they work okay I feel a bit calmer at work. They taste fine but it’s definitely not cherry and definitely not red in color. More like a green leaf?
