I e used this item for the past 3 years and I’ve had no issues

I had ordered a line from Walmart and I swear I'm not exaggerating I hung it all up pulled the line out it snaped back and almost hit my face! but I really wanted one I hang clothes all the time for work for my daughter for my husband and father-in-law shoot even my neighbors or friends I'm great at removing those unwanted stains in those really common areas, anyway this clothes line is freaking awesome period it looks and works exactly how you think it is going to no surprises! Thanks Amazon you got this one right!!!!

One little criticism is that it still sags even when you lock it. Otherwise I love it!

Pretty easy to install. The internal screw was a little hard to line up. Holds a good amount of weight. Does stretch a little so you may have to tighten after each use the first few times. Recommend clothes pins to keep hangers from sliding. Works great in my laundry room and saves space. Would definitely buy again.

the screws that came with are too short. I used longer screws to screw into the stud instead of just dry wall.the lock cannot locked in the line. My situation is okay as wall to wall is almost max the line's length.the receiving cap caused damage to my wall as I screwed in a little too tight. It cave into the dry wall.overall, it works for us but i would not rate it 5 starts.
