Not much effective

I’m having this for last 11 days and I don’t c any difference on the contrary I feel I’m loosing way more hair now. Also since I started taking this I feel really hot while it’s getting cold. I’ll finish the bottle and if anything changes I’ll get back Ok I have been using it for last 20 days now , no difference in hair fall however it’s messed up my periods and only when I stopped taking it I got them 15 days late. So I’m not sure I’ll recommend this to anyone I have been been using it for 45 days , and it not working, it only made my hair fall increase, messed my periods up, making me feel hot while it’s getting colder every day( still have to take show with ice cold water to cool down). I think it messed up my harmons
