A little bulky. But easy to use. It’s so weird having this send electric signals to my body. Weird sensation. It helps though. Batter life is fine. Like how it pinpoints areas to do therapy on.

This device gave me shocks to the hand via the metal plate where you are supposed to put your thumb. It did work on the muscles, but because it also kept sending electric shocks into my hand, it was quite uncomfortable to use. I am guessing I got a faulty device and that this is not a design feature.

Is there a reason for that to happen? The device is delivering electrical shocks through the grounding plate before touching the skin. This indicates an internal short.
