Competively priced, this product has improved my sleep. Although I may wake up several throughout the night, I return to sleep quickly. I seem to dream more and vividly.

Possibly not for those with digestive issues.
I'm not sure that I noticed any significant benefits from this product, I am one of the minority who experienced stomach upset and I then stopped taking them within 1 week. They do have good reviews from others and if you don't have a delicate stomach or any digestive problems it would probably be OK to take these.
