AISIN TKH-001 Engine Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump

Second Aisin kit I’ve installed, only one I will use. Both kits I bought contained all authentic components. Big cost savings over buying parts from Honda, This kit has all the OEM stuff. Had a Gates kit I installed in my 08 Accord and after reading up on all the failure horror stories I removed it after 5000 miles installed this one. Second kit was installed in an 04 Pilot (pictured) Both installations went without a hitch and are fairly straightforward if you know what you are doing. If you don’t have mechanical ability do not mess with timing components. If any component of your timing system fails on the Honda 3.2/3.5 it’s time for big repairs. I also adjusted the valve clearances and installed new valve cover gaskets when changing the belt and water pump. I would not even think about installing anything else.

Decided to buy this kit for my 2003 honda pilot. I didn't know how good it would be. I had read the reviews, most of them were good but, one never knows. Since I have know people to put aftermarket timing belts on honda's and had major engine problems, cause they snap and ruin your engine. Unfortunately due to a tight budget, I got this kit and installed it. The kit came with water pump, timing belt, idler pulleys and tensioner. It's been a few months now and still going strong. Worked great, very pleased with the product and price. If your looking for a good timing belt kit for a honda pilot look no further this is a good one and won't break your bank.
