So Disappointed
I have honestly never left a bad review, but I was so very disappointed in this machine. It is all plastic and in my opinion maybe worth $30 tops. It does not shave the ice as described. You do not get a slushy consistently . We ended up reverting to our Jimmy Buffet machine. I wish I could just get my money back.

Got it as Xmas gift for my ten year old sis, she loves it

Vibrates right off the counter. Stainless cup doesn't clip into holding bracket. Mixing wand does not come off for cleaning. Sent it back. Disappointed
