Will have to return. After I ordered I found out it raises eye pressure and blood pressure so If you have glaucoma you should not be taking. There should be a warning when ordering

Trying to maintain a regular walking program with varied weight lifting can make you sore all over. For me, one capsule a day reduces the need for aspirin or ibuprofen for aches and pains.

Capsules are ok size, but crack easily. Em8d up with a lot of powder . I switched products

I've had so much problems my whole life. I'm only 29 ever since I was a kid. I've had arthritis tendonitis and a little bit of essential tremors. I could barely do any physical labor without setting it off every day. This is taken partial pain away from my ulnar nerve and the joints in my palm and fingers and where the carpal tunnel is on my forearm. My fingers are still clicking and popping but it has literally taken some of the pain away. I love this brand I always buy from this company. I've never tried glucosamine and chondroitin before alongside turmeric and it actually helps. I've never felt better in so many years. It didn't cure it but I just have to keep taking it praise you!
