If you need vitamin B supplements, look no further.
I started using these several years ago after my doctor said my vitamin B level was very low. She said these work great. I have found that they do work and had the blood work to prove it. They can be swallowed but they are designed to dissolve under the tongue. They are very small and the taste is okay. I don't really notice a taste and they only take a few seconds to dissolve. Highly recommend.

Great product for a vegetarian
LOVE this product. I was feeling so fatigued, cranky, etc. I'm a vegetarian and thought I was getting enough B vitamin in my super B vitamin complex, but I was wrong. A nurse practitioner friend of mine recommend I take B12.. After doing my research I thought this was the best product for me. After only 5 days of taking this I actually wake up feeling refreshed, I don't need energy drinks to keep me awake, it is much easier to complete my workout regime every day (for some reason I can breath easier), and I feel happier. I highly recommend this product. Oh, and I love the taste of this tiny pill that melts in less than 2 minutes in my mouth.

2 in 1 vitamin, berry flavor,messy
Flavor is pretty good, melts quickly in your mouth like it being 2 supplements. Probably wont purchase again due to the red coloring can stick all over your teeth, tablets leave powder on inside bottom of bottle so if shaking or tipping tablet out you get the red powder on your hand.

Not the best tasting, but worth it
I purchased this product as a gastric bypass patient, as it had the methylcobalamin version of B12 (which is more bioavailable) as well as B6 and folic acid. It is not tasty. In fact, it's quite disgusting and very much as a 'medicine' flavor to it. But given what I'm getting in such a small pill, I will continue to use this. It dissolves quickly and provides me with the extra nutrition that I need, and at this dose, I only need to take it twice a week. Following it up with a better tasting vitamin or a few sips of a tasty drink makes the nasty taste completely worth it.
