Pros- It folds away perfectly into a square reasonably sized ottoman just like the picture- The pillows are thick enough that you don't feel the railing, but not so comfortable your guest want to stay forever - yay!- It has wheels at the bottom to roll it around from one room to another- It's comfortable enough to sit on and lay on daily for your visitors during extended stays- Having this will keep people off of your sofa - sleeping on a sofa ruins the cushions and makes them look old and saggy!Cons- The bed comes with three pillows and each of the pillows have two ties on them. So, you must tie the pillows down, but chances are it won't be sturdy enough for a wild sleeper or anyone that rolls over several times during the night. My house guest rolled over and two of the ties ripped off causing the pillows to move all over the bed while she slept. I requested replacement pillows immediately and those were replaced. Each cushion should be made with four ties to secure it in place, but I guess it's no futon no sense in trying to make it one. I'm sure these cushions will eventually tear too, so this isn't a long term solution bed by any means.- It's not a twin size bed, so there's really no sheet for it. You just have to wrap a sheet around it and hope for the best.

Received the ottoman and 1 of the wheels will not screw in. Seems like the screw is stripped. I’ve tried asking for a replacement and I have yet to receive a response.

The matress is hard and uncomfortable. This is definitely good for a child but I would not suggest having an adult guest sleep on it.

It is perfect for small apartment for guest accomadations. I slept on it. It is very firm, not squeeky or unstable. I love it. Plan on ordering another as gift for my two sister.

This product was a waste of money. Very poor quality

Lasted less than 6 months mattress was tin very uncomfortable threw it away

I haven't used as a bed yet but I love the ottoman. Its the perfect size for my living room.
