This is a piece of workout equipment that has so many uses. My wife and I use this several times a week for a bunch of different exercises from kettlebell swings to goblet squats, snatches to deadlifts. It is very well made, the handle is the right size, the weight is right on the money, and the powder coating has been very durable (going on 18 months and no chipping or cracking). The handle feels good; the right amount of grip without ripping skin off, and the flat bottom keeps it from rolling where it doesn't belong. This thing makes home workouts a breeze.

I love using kettlebells in my workout and this one I have no complaints. Just your good ol fashioned kettlebell.

It's a good product. There are some minor metal defects on the handle, but it's not a big deal. It's normal with this manufacturing method.
