Q: Does the product contain harmful substances?

The product is manufactured in a way that it is one piece. Nothing unscrews; however I guess there is always a possibility of the item breaking. I feel 100% confident letting my grandchild play with them. I do not know if they contain harmful substances.

Q: Has anyone recived these filled because mine are barely past the label.

I returned mine because the pictures indicated full bottles and mine arrived filled to only just below that label . So less than half full.
