Just wondering if I can attach this to a Sony rx100 or zv-1 without any other adapter/accessory? Thanks.

I have a RX100 VII and the Peak Design Leash. The camera leash attachment holes are too small for the Peak Design Leash clips. However, you could use a SMALL (~3/8” diameter) key ring and attach the leash clips to the key ring. I just use the wrist leash that came with the camera.
